Parking
Complimentary surface parking is available at the English Inn.

Check-In/Out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you require additional time, please make arrangements ahead of time through Guest Services.

Internet
The rooms in the Manor House are equipped with complimentary high speed Internet access.  We also offer a computer station on the second level of our lobby for the use of our guests.

Children
English Inn gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Housekeeping
English Inn provides daily replacement of towels as required, making of beds, restocking of amenities and general room tidying daily between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.  Our staff will knock on your door and enter your suite to complete these tasks. Full room servicing, including new linens is available upon request at anytime during your stay.

Refrigerators
Bar fridges are available on a first come, first served basis.  Advance notice is required.  As there are a limited number of bar fridges at the inn, we cannot guarantee that they will available.

Payment
The English Inn welcomes payments via cash, Mastercard, Visa, and travelers cheques. We also accept Interac payment.

Pets
The English Inn is sensitive to the importance of maintaining an allergen free environment for our guests, therefore we do not allow pets.  Our Guest Services Agents would be happy to recommend a nearby kennel that suits your purposes if required.

Play Pens
Play pens are available upon request through Guest Services on a first-come first served basis.

Quiet Time
English Inn is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am.

Restaurant
The Rosemeade is open Tuesday - Saturday from 5:30 pm. Reservations are recommended.

Lounge
The lounge is open daily from 4 pm – 10:00 pm., with creative snack items served  Tuesday – Saturday.  Happy hour is from 4 pm – 6 pm with daily drink specials from $3.50.

English Inn has on-property security nightly.

Smoking
English Inn is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment.  Smoking is not permitted on the patio, in the rooms, or in the restaurant.  Smoking is, however, permitted outdoors.  Kindly dispose of cigarettes in the appropriate manner in the receptacles provided.

Cancellation Policy
The English Inn requires 72 hours notice for cancellation of your reservation.  If you provide less that 72 hours notification of cancellation, your credit card will be assessed the equivalent of one night’s stay + taxes.
