Our indoor & outdoor wedding venues are perfect for weddings reception / banquet anytime of the year.
The hotel offers three different locations for your wedding reception depending on the size of your wedding. Our 4.5 acre estate is beautifully landscaped and although only minutes from downtown Victoria, you'll feel like you're miles away.

The Rosemeade
This private venue boasts a beautiful mix of old world and contemporary design. Lush chocolate suede and gold leaf ceiling features are abound in this stunning dining room overlooking the gardens. A large patio is attached for those wishing to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding garden views. Located in the main manor house, the Rosemeade is available year round, and depending on your function, can include use of the hotel Lounge and grand foyer.Capacity: 75 seated or 150 cocktail

Courtyard Garden
For the most unique and sophisticated outdoor reception offered in a harmonious atmosphere, experience this opulent garden embraced by the English village. This outdoor venue is covered with a luxurious marquis pavilion that allows the grace of the garden setting to envelope you as you dine.Capacity: 110 seated or 150 cocktail
Food Service: Buffet Service
Ivy Room
For the most intimate affair, the Ivy Room provides the perfect location for an informal dinner reception. This private dining room is located in the main manor house, complete with balcony overlooking the spectacular Courtyard Garden.Capacity: 20-25 seated
Food Service: 3-Course Plated Service
Booking Your Reception
Your reception rental fee includes the following:
• Tables, chairs & white linens
• Tea light candles
• Cake table
• Guest book table
• Gift table
• Service Staff
• 4 hours in the selected venue
• Standard set up & clean up
• Guest parking (based on availability)
Things to know about booking your reception
• Due to our residential zoning, receptions at the Inn cannot exceed 11pm.
• If you wish to include dancing as a part of your wedding day this will take place in Anne Hathaway’s Cottage as dancing is not permitted in the gardens due to noise restrictions. The rental fee for dancing in the cottage is $100 per hour to cover the staffing of the venue. Bar service is available.
• The Inn charges a $2 per person cake cutting fee to have your wedding cake professionally cut and served by the Chef.
• All catering must be provided through the Inn. We would be pleased to create a custom menu to suit your wedding needs.
• All beverage service must be provided through the Inn. Specialty products may be ordered but must be paid for in advance.
• Enjoy your wedding day to the fullest and have your guests stay the night in one of our hotel rooms. You and your wedding guests enjoy a 10% discount off of all accommodation. We will be happy to assist you in creating your own rooming list.
The following services are not provided by the Inn and are the responsibility of the client:
• Marriage Commissioner
• Floral including bouquets, table centrepieces & arrangements for service tables.
• Cake
• Photographer
• Music for ceremony & reception
Terms & Conditions
DepositsA $750 non-refundable deposit per garden is required to formally book your date, time & location. The Inn is not able to “hold” a date without a deposit. As this is a non-refundable deposit we are happy to review the venue & budget with you to ensure that you are confident that the Inn is the perfect venue for your special day.
Payments
60 days prior to your wedding day 50% of the balance owing on your wedding is required. 30 days prior to the wedding day 100% of the balance owing is due. Payments may be made using Credit Card, Cash, Debit or Cheque (Visa, MasterCard) All wedding payments are non-refundable.
